Ruby Greenberg + 6 Indie Folk amazing names

The year is almost over, but there is time to enjoy another short but amazing Indie Folk list.

Ruby Greenberg

Ruby is a Colorado–born singer-songwriter whose warm vocals and Laurel Canyon–inspired songwriting evoke the golden era of West Coast folk. Performing with an acoustic guitar or a folk band, she blends deeply personal lyrics with melodies that feel nostalgic and timeless. Raised in a musical family, she learned to play multiple instruments and performed in local bands as a teenager. Ruby ultimately found home in singing and realized songwriting to be her most honest outlet. After nearly a decade performing in eclectic bands in the indie scene of New York City, she now calls Southern California home, where she continues to write and perform within the Los Angeles folk communities. Her live performances are known for a quiet intensity and authentic delivery while also inviting listeners to feel uplifted. Pictures of Us is the first single off of her upcoming EP “The Light Behind”.
